Incredible tech help! I was looking for guidance on moving my license to a different PC, and I received the info within an hour. And this was on a weekend! Guess I was just fortunate... :)))

This software is pretty much the same as other Intellicad-based options out there. The main selling point is the cost, but there's a catch. If you run into a hardware issue—like needing to swap out a crucial part such as the motherboard—the installation on that machine gets deactivated right away. The support team suggests using a second computer with the program already set up and moving the license over to the first one. This means you’re down to just one installation instead of the two you initially had. What happens if you face another hardware issue? You end up with zero installations, obviously.

Take this scenario: You purchase a permanent license for this software, planning to use it for years. Anyone who’s on a computer daily knows that over time, you’re likely to encounter a couple of hardware hiccups and at least a couple of Windows reinstallations, which can also wipe out your license. So, what’s the solution? According to the support folks, you need to buy a support pack, which costs another $140.

So, what started as a budget-friendly option turns out to be quite pricey.

I gotta say, the tech support was fantastic! CMS IntelliCAD wasn’t working right, but the support team figured out that my NORTON Antivirus was the culprit. It was blocking me from using CMS IntelliCAD like it should.

CMS reached out to NORTON AV, and they admitted there was a glitch in their software. They pinpointed the issue and fixed it in under 5 hours.

After giving it some thought, I decided to go with CMS IntelliCAD 9.2 PE Plus as my new CAD software. It comes with a dual seat license. At first, I had trouble registering the second seat, but after I shot them an email, it got sorted out in no time. Now, it runs smoothly on my two Windows PCs, and I can also access 3D drawings on other Android devices using their free app.

Besides the dual seat license, it includes an AEC toolbox that makes it super easy to draw stairs, doors, and windows.

This is the best CAD Software maker we've ever worked with. We've consistently received support from this company, and that has really helped us in our market.

If your installation goes missing because of a problematic Windows update and you have to restore your system, you'll need to buy a support package to get your CMS IntelliCAD activation back. I’m okay with shelling out cash for software, but I ain't thrilled about having to pay again just to activate something I've already bought!
